I am Ali, a plant-based wellness coach, and fitness instructor. Over the past nine years, I have cultivated classes focused on barre and mat Pilates and am now adding yoga to the mix. My health practices are grounded in my four pillars of wellness ~ hydration, nutrition, wellness, rest
I am excited to create a community that is grounded in sharing positive practices and connecting virtually!
